August 15, 1980 issue of Play Meter Magazine.  "Critic's Corner" reviews Gottlieb's PANTHERA pinball & Stern's SEAWITCH pinball; new products include Williams' OMNI shuffle alley, Atari ASTEROIDS cabaret video game, Stern's CHEETAH pinball, Bally's MYSTIC pinball, Bally's HOT DOGGIN' pinball & Centuri's RIP OFF cocktail table video game.  There are flyers and trade ads for Midway's GALAXIAN (inside front cover), Cinematronics' RIP OFF video game, Exidy's TARG video game, Nichibutsu's MOON CRESTA (inside back cover) & Gottlieb's System 80 Pinballs (back cover).  There's a photo of recently married Gary Stern (who had just married Denise Masef of Birmingham) and an article about how pinball manufacturers must introduce new ideas to compete with video games.  The magazine is in good condition although three pages are missing and many of the pages have come loose from the binding.
